If you would like to take your home-based food business to the next level...
we can help you!
It's best to contact us to set up an appointment to tour the kitchen. At that meeting, we will share important information that you will need to know such as:
What do I need to start a food business?
What are the requirements to rent your kitchen?
How much will it cost?
How do I reserve kitchen time?
Can you help with packaging, labeling & pricing?
To our renters we are available 24/7!
Because of my knowledge of food code, food laws on a local and state level, I can help with all aspects of starting a business. From a business plan, to pricing your product, labeling, packaging, marketing and when the time comes, even your business build out!
Our kitchen is also set up in a way that let's you utilize the whole facility as "your business."
Many caterer's host Pop Up Restaurants - monthly/weekly
Some of our baker's host Bakery Pop Up's - monthly/weekly
You can use the kitchen for guest consultations, open houses, tastings, dinner parties.
We have food trucks that, if they work anywhere else heir business is seasonal.
But, not at Nana Clare's! Bring that Food Truck or cart business INSIDE!!!
Host monthly pop-up's to stay in front of your customers that you worked so hard all summer to meet!
ALL OF THIS IS JUST THE START!!
There is SO much you can do to grow your food business in our kitchen!
Although we cannot guarantee success, it's just smart to start small in our kitchen & build a client base before taking the risk and the huge financial burden of opening your own brick and mortar.
We have been the "bridge" between a home-based food business & opening their own brick and mortar for many people. We are honored to be able to do that.
If you want to use our kitchen to cook/bake for yourself...
It is still best to contact us and come in for a tour to see the kitchen.
We would be happy to answer your questions and let you know how renting the kitchen works, what is expected of you, and what supplies you will need to bring.
