The cost includes:
-1 day / 8 hour class (required for 1st time certificate)
-Test / 2 hour test time
Classes start promptly at 8 am.
Please expect to be here all day. at least until 5p or 6p
Feel free to bring in breakfast, lunch and beverage.(non alcohol) Water, soda, coffee, etc.
You will get a break and a lunch and you are able to go out for lunch.
We do have a fridge if you choose to bring food with you.
I am also available for:
-Private 1 day classes (5 or more people)
-Restaurant/Bar staff observation and server training
-ServSafe COURSE classes (4 classes - 2 hours each plus a 2 hour test day - total 5 days/10 hours) This is designed for younger staff or staff with limited experience working in kitchens, etc.
-COVID-19 re-opening or staff training
*I will travel within a 2 hour radius of Valparaiso for private classes or staff training
1) Go to the REGISTRATION page. Download a form for the ServSafe class. Fill it out & return it to us. Pay online with Pay Pal.
2) Email or call us to request a ServSafe Class registration form.
We will email it to you. You will print it, fill it out and return it to us with your full payment either by mail or by stopping in. (You can still pay online if you mail your forms)
-You are not confirmed in the class until we receive your signed registration form and your full payment
**We encourage you to stop in with your registration form and payment so you can
pick up your book and study before your test!*
**PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE**
But can be applied to the NEXT class date.
We have a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10 students per class.
If we do not have at least 4 students enrolled in any class by the class cut-off date, we will notify you by email and move you to the next class date.
Registrations must be received by the cut off date for each class. We cannot accept late registrations.
