This program is a full Culinary/Hospitality/Food Safety & Sanitation course that will walk kids through the steps to open a food business.
At the end of the course, that is EXACTLY what we will do right at Nana Clare's Kitchen.
BUT...we will not know what type of food business we are opening until we all meet each other and work through the business start-up process.
It could be a cafe, bakery, restaurant. It will depend on everyone's strengths & interest's.
*This course will also give the kids that are interested in owning a restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, etc. a little taste of what it would be like.
If they like it, after going through the Student Cafe program, we can enroll them into my Young Entrepreneur program and let them open and operate a real food business.
In this course we will have classroom/kitchen/classroom & kitchen and then the prep and the GRAND OPENING!!
Students will receive all materials needed for this class.
*You will need to supply a 2" three ring binder with dividers
COST - $375.00 per person
Cost is broken up into 3 payments
*A portion of each tuition collected will go into a Student Cafe fund for the students to budget and pull from for their business expenses*
