Her culinary experience stresses a plant strong lifestyle that switches the focus from a Standard American Diet (S.A.D) to fresh, seasonal, and local products. *

Plant Strong Cooking Classes

Eating Plant Strong 3: Summer Salads (Vegan)
Celebrate summer’s beautiful, local (nutrient-dense) produce. This class will be featuring a variety of seasonal summer salads to bring to the family BBQ as an entrée or side dish. They’ll be a recipe for each month (June, July, August) to highlight what’s in season.
All recipes are meat/dairy free, gluten free options and will provide, when possible, organic and local products. Foods will be preservative/additive free.
